What is JTrack?
JTrack is a service offered exclusively by Jordan Transport, Ltd. for our hotshot and expedited shipment customers to track their shipments and watch updates of where their shipments are at from pickup to delivery.
Does it cost extra to use JTrack to track my shipment?
JTrack is a free service for our hotshot customers, at no extra cost.
Does JTrack have live updates?
JTrack sends location updates every few minutes. Please note that if the shipment goes to an area where internet access is limited, you may not see updates until we are back into a full internet service area.
Can I use my smartphone to use JTrack?
JTrack can be used on a smartphone or a computer. The secure tracking link will be provided in your email once the shipment is headed to it’s final destination. You will need to have internet access to see live updates.
Do I need internet access to use JTrack?
A link to a web application is sent to you and internet access or mobile data access is needed. Mobile data charges may apply.
